Potluck Dinner and Get Together
Looking for something to do in Asbury Park on a Saturday afternoon? Want to meet some new people or get together with some friends? Then join us on Saturday, April 13, from 4 to 7 p.m. at The Center, 806 3rd Ave., Asbury Park for a potluck dinner and get together. Beverages , plates, cups and utensils will be provided.
This is how a potluck works: each person attending contributes something to share for the dinner. To make the planning a little easier, we suggest the following division: if your last name begins with the letter A- H, please bring appetizers; last names beginning with I - P, please bring a simple main dish such as a hearty salad, chili, ziti, etc.; last names beginning with Q- Z, please provide desserts. Please bring enough to feed 6 people. Also, we do not have access to any stove/ovens, but do have a microwave so please keep that in mind. Feel free to use crock pots.
Please RSVP to lkelly@monmouth.edu if you plan to attend so we have an idea of how many will be coming.
Buddy Training
Buddy Training will take place on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Location to be announced. If you are interested in attending please send e-mail to lziemba@monmouth.edu.
