Admission Information
Qualifications
To qualify for admission, applicants must have at least three years of experience in a real estate-related activity, have the support of their current employer, and have the approval of the director of the Kislak Real Estate Institute.
Application and Fees
To apply, download, print, and complete the application form (available in Acrobat PDF). Enclose your resume, a letter of support from your current employer, and the $50 non-refundable application fee. A course registration form will be mailed to you upon acceptance into the Real Estate Certificate Program.
Classes are open to a limited number of qualified applicants. The course fee of $985 includes instruction and course materials.
The Real Estate course work offered in this brochure may be applied toward academic credit in the MBA Program, assuming the student meets the normal admission criteria set forth in the Monmouth University Graduate School catalog.
