Goals and Objectives

GOALS:

• Promote understanding of global affairs and engage in local and global community service.
• Organize launch of IGU.
• Engage in fundraising initiatives for IGU.

OBJECTIVES

• Engage in dialog and participate in events to raise understanding about global affairs.
• Engage students in community service in local and global settings.
• Introduce curricular initiatives to enhance the scope of global education at Monmouth University.
• Introduce scholarship and research opportunities on global affairs.
• Seek partnerships and collaborations with outside agencies to promote global understanding.
• Initiate fundraising ventures to expand the scope and function of the IGU mission of spreading global understanding.
