Student Organization Keys
Officers of clubs and organizations may have their own keys for the academic year they serve as an officer. They may only possess the key during the academic year. To do this, a club officer must see a representative in the Office of Student Activities to fill out a Club Key Agreement card. They will then be notified when the key is ready to be picked up from the Office of Student Activities.
Other club members may also gain access to club and organization keys. At the beginning of each semester, club and organization presidents must inform the Office of Student Activities which club members should have access to keys. The names of these students are left at the Information Booth, where students can go and sign out a key in exchange for their Monmouth University IDs. They must return the key in order to receive back their IDs.
