Willow Hall
These buildings are suite-style accommodations. There are four or six bedrooms that share a common living area/room and bathroom. They are co-ed by suite.

Elmwood Hall
These buildings are traditional-style accommodations and usually house first-year students. The rooms are connected by a central hallway with a common bathroom at the end of the hall. They are co-ed by wing.

Oakwood and Redwood
These buildings are designed with rooms connected by a central hallway with every unit sharing a common bathroom. They are co-ed by room.

These apartments each house four to six students in single (Garden) and double (Great Lawn and Maplewood Hall) rooms. They are reserved for upperclassmen.

University Bluffs (formerly Diplomat Apartments)

University Bluffs
Located a short distance from Monmouth University, these apartments have one bedroom and house 2 students. Each apartment is carpeted, except for the bedroom. The complex is co-ed and is owned and operated by Monmouth University.

- One assigned parking space per apartment with street parking around the complex

Pier Village

Pier Village
This facility is located a short distance from the University on Ocean Avenue in Long Branch, NJ. Students are housed in two bedroom units in a new, state of the art apartment complex. The apartments each house four students. Students who are interested in living at Pier Village should contact the Office of Residential Life for more information.
