Student Government Association
CHECK IN: Volunteers are asked to meet in Anacon Hall no later than 10:30 a.m. on the morning of the Big Event. A light breakfast will be provided when volunteers arrive for check in. Volunteers will also receive a Big Event shirt and they will find out where their work site is located.
TRANSPORTATION: Volunteers will be provided with directions and must drive themselves to their respective worksites. Volunteers are encouraged to carpool to the site.
SNACK: Volunteers will receive a light snack that they can take with them to their work site.
THE BIG EVENT: It will begin at 11 a.m. and conclude at 4 p.m. There is the possibility that some work sites will end before 4 p.m. In such cases, volunteers will be transported back to campus where they can request to go to another work site, or they are free to leave.

The Student Government Association would like to thank you for your interest in the Big Event. The Big Event has become an annual tradition at Monmouth University, and it is a day of caring which is expressed through community service at work sites near and around the Monmouth University campus.

The Big Event committee is not longer accepting volunteer applications as of Friday, September 28, 2012.
