Graduate Student Housing Information
The Office of Residential Life is pleased to offer housing options to graduate students, with preference given to those new to the University, once the housing needs for undergraduate students have been met.
Graduate students may use the form below to apply for our off-campus housing locations.
Housing Rates
University Bluffs:
Double - per semester - $4,432
or Annual Contract - $10,312
* Includes all utilities and basic cable. Students are responsible for phone and internet service.

Although University-sponsored housing is not and cannot be guaranteed for graduate students, we have been able to accommodate all requests.
