Plans for the renovation and expansion of our science facilities continue. This fall we opened a new addition to Edison Science Hall which will house Information Management. Part of this project involved renovating classrooms, lobby space and the addition of a |
student study room, and subsequent phases of this project will provide expanded space for the biology and chemistry programs.

The School of Science welcomes Dr. Gregory Moehring as Chairman of the Department of Chemistry, Medical Technology and Physics. Dr. Moehring is as an inorganic chemist and previously served as Professor of Chemistry and Chair at Texas A&M University-Kingsville.

Did you know Physics Professor Louis Kijewski? Professor Kijewski retired in June 2011 after 43 years of service to Monmouth University. The School of Science wishes Professor Kijewski well in his retirement.
