Membership Application
Each application will be evaluated to see that prospective members meet the requirements for membership. Those students that meet the requirements will be notified as to when they will be inducted into the society.
The National Honor Society’s membership fee of $40 is due prior to your induction. A check payable to Monmouth University should be delivered to the Political Science and Sociology Office, Bey Hall 241.
Requirements:
Undergraduates
- Be at least a junior.
- Rank in the top 35% of their class, or an overall GPA of 3.3
- Have a sociology GPA of at least 3.0
- Have taken at least four courses in sociology at Monmouth University
