Academic Advising
All first-year students receive extensive academic advising from specially trained faculty as part of our award-winning First Year Advising Program.
While most students tend to think of advising as simply registering for courses, our program strives to build an advising relationship that works holistically in order to help students develop their academic, career, personal, and social interests.
After their first year, students receive academic advising in their academic departments or the Undeclared Advising Office, which is part of the Center for Student Success (CSS).
