Policies for Employers
The following policies are in effect with regard to the Career Service's relationship with employers participating in Fall and Spring Career Days.
There is a moratorium on admitting new employers to Career Day events when these employers are recruiting for positions paid on commission. Initial salaries or draws offered during the beginning of such positions, (for example, paid "training periods"), will not exempt employers from this moratorium.
Career Services prohibits multiple offices of the same company from reserving tables at career days.
At Career Days, Career Services may restrict the number of employers from a specific industry type in order to maintain a balanced program.
Career Services reserves the right to decline services to any employer for any reason it deems appropriate.
All employers must receive approval from Career Services prior to attending any career days.
