How Do I Apply for EOF?

Complete a Monmouth University application for admission. Give special attention to the questions under the Educational Opportunity Fund heading. Send the completed application, including an official high school transcript, SAT or ACT score, and college transcripts, if applicable, to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
