Do You Qualify for EOF?

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for the EOF Program:
RESIDENTIAL
You must have been a permanent resident of New Jersey for at least one year.
ACADEMIC
Additional academic services would be of assistance in your pursuit of a college degree.
FINANCIAL
Your family income must be low. If you are claimed as an exemption for income taxes or live with a parent, you are considered a dependent student and eligible on the basis of their total gross income. The standard gross annual income for a dependent candidate starts at $21,600 and can exceed $74,020, depending on the number of dependents in the family. (See the table below.)
Students must also meet Monmouth University EOF financial guidelines.
